Reactions to the stress load of special pedagogy students in combined studies.

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce Reakce na zátěž u studentek speciální pedagogiky v kombinovaném studiu se zabývá působením stresu a jeho vliv na psychické a fyzické zdraví studentek speciální pedagogiky. V teoretické části autorka předkládá teoretické poznatky z psychologického oboru, přičemž využívá poznatky z rešeršované literatury. Autorka zmiňuje pojem osobnost a její vliv na speciálního pedagoga. Dále se autorka zabývá problematikou stresu v jeho různých podobách, jeho působení v čase a důsledky z jeho působení. Další kapitolu tvoří Coping a jeho jednotlivé strategie. Těžištěm praktické části diplomové práce je výzkum, který byl proveden u studentek speciální pedagogiky na Masarykově univerzitě v Brně. K výzkumu byly zvoleny dva dotazníky, Misterův dotazník a Tobinův dotazník, které se zaměřují na výzkum subjektivního prožívání a hodnocení míry pracovní zátěže. Získané údaje z dotazníkového šetření byly zpracovány a vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

Presented diploma thesis The response to the stress of students of special pedagogy in the combined study deals with the effects of stress and its influence on the psychological and physical health of students of special pedagogy. In the theoretical part, the author presents the theoretical knowledge from the psychological field, utilizing the knowledge from the researched literature. The author mentions the notion of personality and its influence on the special pedagogue. In addition, the author deals with the issue of stress in its various forms, its influence over time and its consequences. The next chapter is Coping and its individual strategies. The focus of the practical part of the diploma thesis is the research, which was carried out at students of special pedagogy at Masaryk University in Brno. Two questionnaires, the Mister Questionnaire and the Tobin Questionnaire, were selected for research, focusing on research into subjective experience and assessment of workload. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey was processed and evaluated.
