Czech market shares and bonds after 1993

Abstract:

Tak jako je zajímavostí, jak vznikly peníze, tak je i zajímavostí, jak vznikly cenné papíry, jako jsou akcie a dluhopisy. Cenné papíry jsou úžasné instrumenty, které pomáhají přelévat peněžní prostředky od přebytkových subjektů k deficitním. Ve výsledku, pokud se správně investuje, tak pro obě strany, tedy emitenta a investora, je výsledek výhra výhra. Tato práce představuje rozdíl a strukturu mezi finančními instrumenty, kde následně je kladen důraz na představení akcií a dluhopisů do konkrétních rozměrů. Místo, na kterém se s cennými papíry obchoduje, je důležité a je jím tedy trh cenných papírů. Nejdůležitějším trhem cenných papírů je trh organizovaný, který představuje burza cenných papírů. Tato bakalářská práce a především její závěrečná část popisuje a analyzuje fungování Burzy cenných papírů v Praze a RM-Systém, českou burzu cenných papírů a dále hodnotí vývoj obchodování akcií a dluhopisů od roku 1993 na organizovaném poli České republiky.

Abstract:

As well as the origin of money it is also interesting to see what was behind the origin of securities as shares, bonds or debentures. Securities are remarkable instruments helping to transfer financial means from surplus subjects to the deficit ones. If an investment is right, then the final result is winwin for both parties, i.e. the issuer and the investor. This thesis represents the difference and structure among the financial instruments where, subsequently, the emphasis is put on the analysis of shares and bonds in particular details. A securities market is an important place as securities are traded there. An organised market represented by a stock exchange is the most important securities market. This bachelor's thesis and primarily its final part describes and analyses functioning the Prague Stock Exchange and RM-System, the Czech stock exchange and, furthermore, it evaluates the development of trading shares and bonds in the organised field of the Czech Republic since 1993.
