Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na výskyt komplikací po amputaci dolní končetiny. Teoretická část obsahuje sekce jako například anatomie dolní končetiny, definice amputací, typy amputací. Dále diabetes mellitus a jeho komplikace, pooperační péče, komplikace amputací, amputace v dětském věku a protetiku. V praktické části se zabývám statistickým vyhodnocením otázek z dotazníku. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit nejčastější komplikace po amputaci dolní končetiny.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the occurrence of complications after leg amputation. The theoretical part includes parts such as the anatomy of the lower limb amputation definition, types of amputations. Furthermore, diabetes mellitus and its complications, postoperative care, complications, amputation in childhood and prosthetics. In the practical part deals with the statistical evaluation questions from the questionnaire. The main objective was to identify the most common complications after lower limb amputation.
