Invariant and Variants in Theory of Linguistic

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá invarianty a varianty v jazykovém systému. Je založená na principech Louise Hjelmsleva, na kterého navázala převážná část lingvistů, kteří se tímto problémem zabývají. Největší část práce je věnována vztahu foném - alofon a morfém - alomorf, o to i s některými problémy, při kterých není možné formálně rozlišit rozdíl mezi varianty různých invariantů. V poslední části je věnována pozornost vztahu mezi invarianty a varianty v mluveném a psaném jazyce.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns invariants and variants in the language system. It is based on principles of Louise Hjelmslev that vast number of linguists continues with. The main part of the thesis gives details about the relationship between phoneme - alophone and morpheme - alomorph with all its difficulties where it is not possible to determine clearly the relation between invariants and variants. In the last part there is made an attend to describe the relationship between invariants and variants in spoken and written form of language.
