První kapitola práce pojednává o Úmluvě OSN o mořském právu (UNCLOS) a třech dílčích konferencích UNCLOS. First chapter deals with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) as well with three sub-conferences UNCLOS. The second chapter is devoted to the Convention and defines further the terms that are used later in the paper.The third chapter outlines two recent geopolitical changes worldwide that take place in the area of exclusive economic zones of selected states.
