Business and taxation of foreign subjects in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku podnikání a zdaňování zahraničních osob v ČR, řeší problematiku v oblasti práva, účetnictví a daní. Na modelovém příkladu analyzuje problémy z těchto oblastí v praxi a v rámci návrhové části doporučuje jejich řešení. Práce řeší také možnost vzniku stálé provozovny, mezinárodního zdanění a použití smluv o zamezení mezinárodního dvojího zdanění.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on business and taxation activities of foreigners in the Czech Republic. This thesis solves problems in the areas of law, accounting and taxation. A model example analyses the problems of these areas in praxis. Design part recommends solutions of problems.
