The Folk Architecture in Southeastern Moravia

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je podat čtenáři ucelený obraz o vývoji lidové architektury v regionu jihovýchodní Moravy. Snažil jsem se v ní zaměřit na všechny prvky, které lidovou architekturu vytvářejí a také ovlivňují. Práce též okrajově zasahuje do problematiky stavebního vývoje vesnice v 19. století, který zde prezentuji na příkladu Blatnice pod Svatým Antoníčkem. O tento rozbor jsem se pokusil na základě studia map stabilního katastru a nejstarší dochované projektové dokumentace. Tato práce by měla poskytnout souhrnné informace všem čtenářům, kteří se o danou problematiku zajímají a poukázat na podobné i rozdílné prvky lidové architektury ve sledovaném regionu.

Abstract:

The goal of my thesis is to give its reader a coherent idea about architectural progress in the South Moravian region. My attempt was to focus on all elements forming and affecting the folk architecture. The thesis also marginally treats the issue of village structural development in 19th century, which is presented on the example of Blatnice pod Svatým Antoníčkem. This analysis is based on study of maps of stable cadaster and the oldest preserved project documentation. This thesis should provide overall information to all readers, who are interested in given issues and highlight the similarities and differences of the folk architecture in the monitored region.
