The Values and the Axiological Orientation of Students of Social Pedagogy Tomas Bata University in Zlín

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se hodnotami a axiolo-gickou orientací studentů oboru sociální pedagogika na Fakultě humanitních studií na Uni-verzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Stěžejní část teoretické části se věnuje dosavadním po-znatkům z oblasti hodnot, hodnotové orientace a procesu hodnocení. Cílem teoretické prá-ce je především porozumění elementárnímu pojmu hodnota, jeho historickému vývoji a funkcím hodnot. Práce je pro komplexnost doplněna kapitolou o osobnosti sociálního pe-dagoga, kde se zabývám jeho kompetencemi, dovednostmi, profesní přípravou a možnost-mi pracovního uplatnění. A dále i kapitolou týkající se vývojového období mladé dospělos-ti. Empirická část obsahuje vlastní kvantitativní výzkum. Hlavním cílem empirické části je zjistit postoje studentů oboru sociální pedagogika na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně k proměnám hodnot v základních oblastech lidského života.

Abstract:

This thesis has theoretical and empirical charakter and delimitates values and value orien-tation of students of Social pedagogy on Faculty of Humanities on Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The main part of the theoretical part follow up the current knowledge of values, value orientation and assessment process. The aim of this work is mainly theoretical un-derstanding of the elementary concept of value, its historical development and functions of values. On the complexity the work is complemented by a chapter of the personality of the social pedagogue where I deal with the competencies, skills, training and employment op-portunities. And also a chapter on the developmental period of young adulthood. The em-pirical part contains its own quantitative research. The main aim of the empirical part is to determine attitudes of students of Social pedagogy on Tomas Bata University in Zlín to the changing values in the key areas of human of life.
