Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit stávající stav ve využívání matematických metod a informačních a komunikačních technologií k posuzování a hodnocení biodegradačních procesů ve skládce komunálních odpadů včetně modelování růstu a rychlosti biodegradace. Navrhnout modelu využitelné pro biotechnologie a ověřit je ve vhodné případové studii (skládka odpadů) v návaznosti na řešení VZ Inchembiol.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of using mathematical methods and information technologies for evaluation of biodegradation processes in municipal waste landfills, including the modeling of growth and rate of biodegradation. Propose a useful model for anaerobic digestion and verify them in an appropriate case study.
