Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětí a mladistvých, trpících onemocněním zvaném Duchenneova svalová dystrofie. V obecné části je uvedena definice onemocnění, etiologie, anatomie kosterních svalů a jejich degenerace, průběh onemocnění, možnosti diagnostiky a léčby tohoto onemocnění. This thesis deals with children and adolescents suffering from disease called Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The general part gives a definition of disease, etiology, anatomy and skeletal muscle degeneration, disease course, diagnostic and treatment of this disease.
