Glutathion (chemický název -glutamyl-cysteil-glycin) má přes svou jednoduchost velký význam pro správné fungování rostlinné buňky. Má velké množství funkcí. Obsahuje nejvíce neproteinově vázané síry v rostlině. Má významnou funkci v antioxidativním systému rostlin. Je nezbytný pro regeneraci askorbátu. Glutathione (chemical name -glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine), despite its simplicity has great importance for the proper functioning of the plant cell. It has many functions. It contains the most non-protein reduced sulfur in the plant. It has an important function in antioxidative system of plants. It is essential for the regeneration of ascorbate.
