Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice integrace imigrantů na pracovní trh ve Švédsku. Klade si za úkol ukázat a analyzovat agendu hlavních státních aktérů, kteří v procesu integrace na pracovní trh hrají značnou roli a následně ukázat možnosti doplnění státních institucí nestátními organizacemi v těch oblastech integrace, kde je to výhodné. This bachelor thesis deals with the immigrant integration into the labour market in Sweden.
