Diplomová práce má za cíl komplexně analyzovat vývoj a současnost pivovarství v Kraji Vysočina. V první části se práce zabývá historickým vývojem pivovarství v geografickém kontextu. Od konce 19. století, kdy stávající řemeslné pivovary začaly nahrazovat průmyslové pivovary, až po rok 1989, kdy existovaly prakticky pouze velké průmyslové pivovary. This diploma thesis aims to comprehensively analyze the development and present of the brewery in the Vysočina Region. The first part deals with the historical development of brewing in a geographical context.
