Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku burnout syndromu u NLZP, kteří pečují o klienty s Alzheimerovou demencí. V teoretické části je popsána definice, rizikové faktory, fáze, příznaky syndromu vyhoření a také strategie zvládání zátěže. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issues of burnout syndrome in non-medical healthcare staff caregivers about clients with alzheimer's disease. The theoretical part describes the definition, risk factors, stages, symptoms of burnout syndrome and coping strategies.
