Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje stanovení stopových obsahů manganu, kadmia a olova v orgánech laboratorních bílých myší, které byly podrobeny inhalačním experimentům. Obsah sledovaných prvků se stanovoval pomocí atomové absorpční spektrometrie s využitím elektrotermické atomizace. Abstract:
The bachelor`s thesis examines the determination of trace elements manganese, cadmium and lead contained in the bodies of laboratory mice. These mice were subjected to inhalation experiments. Content of the monitored elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry using electrothermal atomizers.
