Comparison of Generali pojišťovna, a.s. home insurance with other insurers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním pojištění domácnosti Generali pojišťovna a.s. s ostatními pojistiteli na trhu. Porovnává předměty pojištění, pojištěné náklady, pojistná nebezpečí, požadované limity zabezpečení spoluúčasti, výluky z pojištění, asistenční služby, cenu a slevy. Srovnání je provedeno se šesti vybranými pojišťovnami na našem trhu. Konkrétně Kooperativa, ČSOB, Allianz, Ergo, Česká pojišťovna a Wüstenrot. Teoretickou část zaměřuji na historii pojišťovnictví a právní úpravy, charakteristiku pojištění domácnosti včetně vysvětlení základních pojmů. Praktická část popisuje historii a současnost Generali pojišťovna, a.s., popis produktu pojištění domácnosti, dále popis produktu konkurenčních pojišťoven. V závěru práce potom srovnání jednotlivých pojistitelů k Generali pojišťovna a.s., jejich výhody a nedostatky. Hlavním cílem bylo srovnat, vyhodnotit a upozornit na přednosti a nekompletnost pojištění domácnosti Generali pojišťovna, a. s. vůči ostatním vybraným pojistitelům na trhu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis compares home insurance of Generali pojišťovna, a.s. with other insurers on the market. Main focus is on insurance objects, insurance costs, insurance risks, the required security levels, participation, exclusion from insurance, assistance services, prices and discounts. Comparison is made with six selected insurance companies on the market. Specifically Kooperativa, ČSOB , Allianz, Ergo, Česká pojišťovna and Wüstenrot . The theoretical part is focused on the history of insurance and regulatory characteristics, household insurance including explanations of basic terms. The practical part describes the history and present of Generali pojišťovna a.s., home insurance description, a description of the product of competing insurers. At the end of the study are compared individual insurers to Generali pojišťovna a.s., their advantages and disadvantages. The main objective was to compare, evaluate and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of Generali pojišťovna, a.s. home insurance against other selected insurers in the market.
