Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím zobrazovacích metod v 3D tisku. Cílem práce je posoudit roli zobrazovacích metod při tvorbě 3D modelů využitelných ve zdravotnictví a navrhnout možnosti implementace 3D tisku do klinické praxe a vzdělávání zdravotníků. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány základy 3D tisku včetně historie, přehledu technologie 3D tisku a nejpoužívanějších materiálů. Druhá část se věnuje zobrazovacím metodám využitelným pro 3D tisk. V třetí části je popsán technický postup výroby 3D modelu od akvizice obrazových dat až po tisk a úpravu finálního modelu. Poslední část se věnuje možnostem využití 3D tisku v klinických lékařských oborech a ve vzdělávání. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu využití 3D tisku ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava. Dále je součástí praktické části segmentace v programu 3D Slicer a tisk modelu intrakraniálního aneurysmatu a bederního obratle. Na závěr jsou navrženy další možnosti využití 3D tisku ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of imaging methods in 3D printing. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the role of imaging methods in the creation of 3D models useful in healthcare and to propose the possibilities of implementing 3D printing in clinical practice and education of healthcare professionals. The theoretical part first describes the basics of 3D printing, including the history, overview of 3D printing technology and the most commonly used materials. The second part is devoted to imaging methods used for 3D printing. The third part describes the technical process of 3D model production from image data acquisition to printing and editing of the final model. The last part discusses the potential applications of 3D printing in clinical medical fields and education. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the use of 3D printing in the University Hospital Ostrava. Furthermore, the practical part includes segmentation in 3D Slicer and printing of the intracranial aneurysm and lumbar vertebrae model. Finally, further possibilities of using 3D printing in the University Hospital Ostrava are proposed.
