Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Veřejný zájem, veřejné zájmy". Hlavním cílem práce bude vymezit pojem "veřejný zájem" a zaměřit se na problematiku jeho definování. Práce by měla mít za úkol seznámit čtenáře s dalšími pojmy s veřejným zájmem souvisejícími. Výzkum se také bude věnovat použití pojmu v jednotlivých právních předpisech českého právního řádu a bude obsahovat rozbor těchto předpisů v rámci použití pojmu …more
