Reconstruction project of warehouse of a shop with background and project of an additional storey with two housing units

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rekonstrukce stávající budovy skladu a její změnu na víceúčelový objekt v rozsahu projektu pro stavební povolení. Tato práce obsahuje dvě části a to konkrétně část textovou a část grafickou. Na začátku textové části v teoreticko-metodické části práce popisuji základní pojmy, které se týkají řešeného projektu. Dále popisuji potřebné řízení pro získání stavebního povolení u rekonstrukcí staveb, kde se nemění umístění ani výška stavby. Také v této části píši o umístění stavby a základní údaje o ní, o historii řešeného objektu a o stávajícím stavu konstrukcí stavby. Další textovou částí mé práce je aplikační část, kde je již popsána projektová dokumentace. Respektive je zde rozebráno zaměření objektu, radonový průzkum, vizuální stavebně-technický průzkum objektu, návrhy a opatření pro jednotlivé konstrukce, nové dispoziční, funkční a prostorové řešení objektu po rekonstrukci a nástavbě a také architektonicko-materiálové řešení objektu. Druhou a hlavní částí mé práce je grafická část. Grafickou část tvoří stavební část projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení, přičemž dokumentace je zpracována dle platné vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. O dokumentaci staveb v platném znění č. 62/2013 Sb.

Abstract:

Bachelor dissertation addresses the design of the reconstruction of the existing warehouse building and its change to multi-purpose building in the scope of the project for a building permit. This thesis contains two parts, namely the text part and the graphic part. At the beginning of the text part in the theoretical and methodological section are described the basic concepts relating to the present project. Then I describe the necessary procedures for obtaining a building permit for renovations of buildings where there is no change of the location nor height of the building. Also in this part, I write about the location and basic information about the structure, about the history of the object and the current state of the construction of the building. Another text part of my thesis is an application part, which is already described in the project documentation. There is rather dismantled a locating of the building, radon exploration, a visual construction and technical inspection of facilities, design proposals and precautions for individual structures, new functional and space layouts of the object after the reconstruction and extension, and also architectural and material resolution of the object. The second and main part of my dissertation is a graphic part. The graphic part consists of the construction part of the project documentation for a building permit, while documentation is processed according to the valid regulation no. 499/2006 Coll. Of the construction documentation, as amended, no. 62/2013 Coll.
