Properties and use of regional varieties of apple trees
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými krajovými odrůdami jabloní. Vzorky byly získány z CHKO Bílé Karpaty, která je tradiční ve výskytu starých odrůd ovoce. U plodů jabloní byly provedeny chemické analýzy za účelem zjištění jejich výživové a technologické kvality.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with selected regional varieties of apple trees. Samples were obtained from the PLA White Carpathians, which is traditional in the occurrence of the old varieties of fruit. The fruits of apple trees were carried out chemical analysis in order to determine their nutri-tional and technological quality.
