Abstract:
Tato práce se snaží nastínit problém bezmyšlenkovitého využívání motivů, které mají svou tradici, své místo v čase i v prostoru. Zaměřuje se na motivy folklorní, především ze středních Čech a dnešní Prahy. Čerpá z období 19. Století, navazuje na tehdejší tradiční výšivku. Má být jakýmsi prostředníkem mezi tehdejším světem a dnešním, moderním světem.
Abstract:
This thesis aims to elaborate on the problem of thoughtless exploiting of motives that have their own tradition, and place in history. It concentrates on folk motives, mostly those which originate in Central Bohemia and today's area of Prague. The thesis is based on 19th century's traditonal embroidery. It is meant to be a connecting link between then and the contemporary modern world.
