Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o očních komplikacích souvisejících s onemocněním diabetes mellitus. V úvodu se zaměřuje na samotný vznik, klasifikaci a způsoby léčby diabetu mellitu. Další kapitola popisuje nejvýznamnější oční změny vyvolané hyperglykemií. Hlavní část práce se věnuje diabetické retinopatii, a to především její patogenezi, objektivním a subjektivním příznakům, klasifikaci a léčbě.
Abstract:
This Bachelor’s Thesis discusses eye complications associated with diabetes mellitus. The beginning of the work focuses on the origin, classification and treatment methods of diabetes mellitus. The next chapter describes the most important eye changes induced by hyperglycemia.
