Práce se zabývá legislativou školních letních sportovně-turistických a zimních výcvikových kurzů a její fungování v praxi. This thesis deals with a legislation of school summer sport-tourism and winter training courses and their function in practice. The interpretations of legislation are compared with practical findings gathered with help of interviews with educators in primary and secondary schools in the South Moravian Region.
