Security Project Significantly Concentrated in Social Events in the Context of the Protection Soft Targets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou měkkých cílů na Letní filmové škole v Uherském Hradišti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny právní předpisy ČR vztahující se k dané problematice, dále je vymezen pojem měkký cíl s uvedením typů měkkých cílů. Následně jsou vyjmenovány principy zabezpečení měkkých cílů, bezpečnostní prvky, vývoj teroristických útoků a bezpečnostní složky zajišťující bezpečnost a pořádek na akcích. V praktické části jsou popsána místa programu a ubytování Letní filmové školy, analýza jejich nedostatků a v závěru práce jsou uvedena nejdůležitější opatření ke zkvalitnění ochrany a bezpečnosti návštěvníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the security and protection of soft targets at the Summer Film Festival in Uherské Hradiště. In the theoretical part are given the Czech legislation related to the issue, the term soft target is defined with the types of soft targets. Subsequently are mentioned the principles of securing soft targets, security features, the development of ter-rorist attacks and security forces ensuring security and order at events. In the practical part are described places of program and accommodation in Summer Film Festival, analysis of their shortcomings and at the end of the work are listed the most important measures to improve the protection and safety of visitors.
