Příprava a charakterizace nanokompozitních tenkých vrstev

Preparation and Characterization of Nanocomposite Thin Films.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o polymer/anorganických nanokompozitech pro tenké vrstvy. Je zkoumána závislost modifikující látky (ZnO nanočástic) na optoelektronické vlastnosti MEH-PPV. Pozornost je soustředěna také na vliv postupů přípravy nanokompozitu a na topografii povrchů vrstev. Diskutován je také vliv přídavku nanočástic na výslednou tloušťku vrstev.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with polymer/inorganic nanocomposites for thin films. The dependence of modifying agents (ZnO nanoparticles) on optoelectronic properties of MEH-PPV is investigated. The research scope is focused on the effect of dispersing procedures during the preparation of nanocomposite and on surface topography of layers.
