Criminalistic Trace as Proper Evidence in Criminal Trial Proceedings

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalistikou, kriminlaistickými stopami, prací orgánů činných v trestním řízení, zejména Policie České republiky, při zajišťování kriminalistických stop, expertizním zkoumání zajištěných stop, a také právní úpravou této problematiky. Jde o zákony a interní právní normy, kterými se policie při své práci řídí. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení postupů Policie České republiky při kriminalistickotechnické práci, a také právní úpravy, která se k této problematice vztahuje. Autor předpokládá využití této bakalářské práce ve své praxi.

Abstract:

This bachalor thesis is dealing with criminalistic, criminalistic traces, with work of enforcement authorities, especially the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with securing of criminalistic traces, expertise examination of this traces and also legislation of this problem. It means laws and internal legal norms of Police of the Czech republic. The aim of this bachalor thesis is an assessment of procedures of Police of the Czech republic in criminalistic-technical work and also legislation that is connected with this problem. Author assume utilization of this bachalor thesis in his practice.
