Passive banking operations i n selected commercial bank

Abstract:

In the bachelor´s thesis we deal with a passive banking transactions and their divisions. The thesis is based on theoretical assumptions, analyzes passive banking operations in selected commercial bank - Tatra banka. The thesis consists of three chapters, which are enriched with charts and tables to better illustrate the issue of dismantling. The first chapter deals with the division and definition of the operations of commercial banks and also a balance sheet. In the second chapter with the help of literature we analyze their own and other resources of commercial banks. These resources are divided in detail and we discuss their structure. Next in this chapter we characterize deposit products, which banks generally offer. In the third, final section, we analyze the important liabilities of bank in Slovakia, Tatra banka. Briefly discuss its history and profile. Next in chapter, we are analyzing the various deposit products of Tatra banka, which are the most important for banks, according to our findings, in terms of the proportion of bank liabilities.

Abstract:

V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme pasívnymi bankovými obchodmi a ich rozdelením. Cieľom práce je na základe teoretických východísk, podrobne analyzovať pasívne obchody vo vybranej komerčnej banke, ktorou je Tatra banka, a.s.. Práca sa skladá z troch kapitol, ktoré sú spestrené grafmi a tabuľkami pre lepšie znázornenie rozoberanej problematiky. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme rozdelením a definovaním jednotlivých operácií komerčnej banky a zároveň jej bilanciou. V druhej kapitole sa za pomoci odbornej literatúry venujeme vlastným aj cudzím zdrojom komerčných bánk. Tieto zdroje podrobne rozdeľujeme a rozoberáme ich štruktúru. Ďalej v kapitole charakterizujeme vkladové produkty, ktoré banky všeobecne ponúkajú. V tretej, záverečnej časti, analyzujeme pasíva významnej banky na Slovensku, Tatra banky, a.s.. Stručne rozoberáme jej históriu a profil. V kapitole sa ďalej venujeme analýze jednotlivých vkladových produktov Tatra banky, ktoré sú podľa našich zistení, pre banku z hľadiska podielu pasív najdôležitejšie.
