Bakalářská práce na téma "Historie české penitenciaristiky" podává náhled do počátku utváření českého vězeňského systému. Teoretickou část tvoří tři kapitoly, z nichž první je zaměřena na vývoj vězeňství do roku 1989. Druhá pojednává o reformě českého vězeňství po roce 1989 a Koncepci českého vězeňství do roku 2015. Bachelor thesis on "The History of Czech penitentiary" gives insight into the early formation of the Czech prison system. The theoretical part consists of three chapters, the first of which is focused on the prison system until 1989.
