Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma využití směnky jako zajišťovacího nástroje v současné české praxi. Cílem je vyhodnotit využití zajišťovací směnky v bankovní praxi. K naplnění cíle je použita primárně metoda výzkumu ve formě analýzy odborné literatury a právních předpisů na uvedené téma. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of the use of promissory note as a security instrument in current Czech practice. The aim is to evaluate the use of promissory note in banking practice.
