Předmětem diplomové práce „Konsolidovaná účetní závěrka“ je teoretické vymezení konsolidované účetní závěrky a analýza metod jejího sestavení. Posouzení výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých metod z pohledu uživatelů účetních dat a aplikace zvolených metod na konkrétní příklad skupiny obchodních korporací.
