Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu pro Fakultu multimediálních komunikací Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou finančního plánování, rozpočetnictví a taky systémem vysokých škol. V praktické části je nejdříve představena fakulta a její okolí. The main objective of this thesis is to design a long-term financial plan for the Faculty of Multimedia Communications at Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The theoretical part deals with the issues of financial planning, budgeting and the system of higher education. In the practical part the financial analysis of the faculty is made.
