Additional government-subsidized pension funding. Government supervision over activities of Pension Funds
Abstract:
Práci jsem změřila na problematiku výkonu státního dozoru nad činností (resp. jednáním) penzijních fondů, kterým bylo v České republice uděleno povolení k činnosti v oblasti penzijního připojištění. Dozor do konce března 2006 vykonávalo Ministerstvo financí společně s Komisí pro cenné papíry.
Abstract:
This Thesis deals with the issues of Government supervisory activities conducted over activities and conduct of Pension Funds that had been granted the permission to act within the area of additional government-subsidized pension funding in the Czech Republic. Until the end of March 2006 the supervision was conducted jointly by both the Ministry of Finance and the Czech Securities Commission.
