Main subject of thesis is an exchange system ARTEX500 and its technological processes. It defines some chosen processes, important for the system and describes their model in BPMN 2.0 standard. Práca sa zaoberá technologickými procesmi v burzovom systéme s umením ARTEX500. Definuje niektoré vybrané, pre systém kľúčové procesy, a popisuje ich model v štandarde BPMN 2.0. Prostredníctvom simulácie nad reálnou vzorkou dát analyzuje výkon daných procesov a následne navrhuje a popisuje ich optimalizáciu.
