Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením mužů a žen na trhu práce. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmů, legislativu, odměňování, kvóty a nakonec i na srovnání vybraných zemí, kterými jsou Česká republika, Slovenská republika, Švédsko a Velká Británie. The thesis deals with the position of men and women on the Labor market. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the comparison between selected countries in clarification of terms, legislation, remuneration and quotas.
