System of evaluation and remuneration of employees in selected company
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě teoretické analýzy systému hodnocení pracovníků a jejich odměňování provést komparaci s výsledky výzkumu realizovaného ve vybraném podniku v oblasti uplatněných systémů hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků. Dále bude diplomová práce řešit návrhy na zkvalitnění procesů hodnocení a odměňování, včetně kalkulace nákladů na vytvořené návrhy.

The aim of this diploma thesis is based on a theoretical analysis of the system of evaluation of employees and their remuneration to make a comparison with the results of research carried out in a selected company in the field of applied systems of evaluation and remuneration of employees.
