Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením toxicity chemických látek pomocí ekotoxikologických biotestů. V teoretické části je řešena problematika znečištění ţivotního prostředí organickými a anorganickými látkami se zaměřením na těţké kovy. Dále jsou zde uvedeny nejčastěji pouţívané ekotoxikologické biotesty. Pozornost je věnována zejména zkoušce s luminiscenčními bakteriemi Vibrio fischeri. Praktická …more
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the evaluation of chemicals toxicity using ecotoxicological bioassays with a focus on metals. The theoretical part is aimed at environmental pollution issues caused by organic and inorganic substances, whereas a large part deals with metals.
