Design of cutting and engraving technology for foam moulds for tools using laser machine

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje technologický návrh pro výrobu pěnových forem na nářadí obsahující postup přípravy jednotlivých kroků technologického postupu. Popisuje technologii laserového řezání a gravírování, laserového stroje a softwaru potřebného pro přípravu a obsluhu stroje. Zabývá se stanovením řezných a gravírovacích podmínek pro pěnové materiály V bakalářské práci je také podrobně popsáno laserové pracoviště, včetně technických specifikací používaného vybavení a bezpečnostních opatření nutných pro ochranu obsluhy a okolí. Poslední část se zaměřuje na návrh systému evidence zakázek, který umožní efektivní sledování a řízení výrobních procesů a zpětnou sledovatelnost jednotlivých zakázek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis contains a technological design for the production of foam organizers for tools containing the preparation of individual steps of the technological process. It describes the technology of laser cutting and engraving, the laser machine and the software required for the preparation and operation of the machine. It deals with the determination of cutting and engraving conditions for foam materials The bachelor thesis also describes in detail the laser workstation, including technical specifications of the equipment used and the safety measures necessary to protect the operator and the environment. The last part focuses on the design of an order recording system that will enable effective monitoring and control of the production processes and traceability of individual orders.
