Health and Safety Rules Associated with the Treatment of Covid-19 in Hospitals and Sampling Points

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vysvětlení pravidel bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve zdravotnictví a jejich změn v návaznosti na pandemii SARS-CoV-2. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou a krátce vysvětluje problematiku infekčních onemocnění. V praktické části je za pomocí dotazníkového šetření zpracován výzkum zabývající se změnami v BOZP a dodržováním těchto pravidel. Výsledky získané z šetření naznačují nedostatek ochranných pracovních pomůcek na začátku pandemie (jaro 2020) a s tím spojené porušování pravidel BOZP. Jasně také poukazují na absenci poskytování jakékoliv formy duševní hygieny ze strany zaměstnavatele. Na základě zjištěných údajů byla vytvořena doporučení k eliminaci těchto nedostatků a ke zlepšení situace do budoucna.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to explain Health and Safety Rules in healthcare and their changes in connection with the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The theoretical part deals with legislation and briefly explains the topic of infectious diseases. In the practical part, with the help of a questionnaire survey, research is processed dealing with changes in health and safety and compliance with these rules. The results obtained from the survey indicate a lack of protective work aids at the beginning of the pandemic (Spring 2020) and the associated violation of health and safety rules. They also clearly point to the absence of any form of mental hygiene provided by the employer. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were made to eliminate these shortcomings and to improve the situation in the future.
