Tato práce shrnuje současné poznatky o signálních dráhách aktivovaných receptory rodiny EGFR se zaměřením na jejich poruchy, které mohou souviset s nádorovými onemocněními centrální nervové soustavy. Abstract:
This thesis summarizes current knowledge of the signaling pathways activated by the EGFR family receptors. It focuses on their malfunctions which may be related to the tumors of the central nervous system. The work describes the individual EGFR family members, the principle of signaling activity and the dysregulation of these processes observed in selected forms of tumors.
