Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracovat studijní materiál, který má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s problematikou výbuchu, jak výbuchu předcházet a jak sníţit následky případné exploze. Dále má nastínit a popsat nejčastější utajovaní a páchání trestné činnosti související se vznikem exploze a objasnit, co pachatele k jejich chování vede. Soustředil jsem se také na legislativní záleţitosti včetně podrobného popisu a rozboru NV č. 406/2004 Sb. o bliţších poţadavcích na zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v prostředí s nebezpečím výbuchu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis was written as a studying material, which is focused on the questions of explosion. The thesis explains, how to prevent the explosion and finds solutions, how to decrease effects of the explosion. There is also described commission of crime, which relates to the explosion. Then is detailed described the behaviour of the criminal and reasons, which lead them to commit the crime linked with the explosion. Furthermore is the thesis focused on the detailed description of the order of the government number 406/2004 Sb. about nearer demands on preventing the security and the protection of health during working in places, where threatens the explosion.
