Tato diplomová práce si kladla za cíl zanalizovat problém vysoké fluktuace na dělnických pracovních pozicích ve velkém podniku. The objective of this thesis was to analyze the problem of high workers' turnover in big company. In terms of theoretical knowledge and former turnover researches we dealt with motivation, or more precisely work motivation and job satisfaction.
