Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výsledkem hospodaření od jeho vzniku, přes zdanění až po rozdělení. Teoretická část sumarizuje informace o jednotlivých formách obchodních korporací a o práci s výsledkem hospodaření v nich. The bachelor thesis deals with the profit from its creation, through taxation to distribution. The theoretical part summarizes information on particular forms of business corporations and work with their profit.
