Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití kapilární elektroforézy pro on-line studie enzymových reakcí. Byla sledována biotransformace diclofenaku prostřednictvím cytochromu P450 2C9. Abstract:
The objective of this study was to introduce a method for on-line studies of enzyme reactions by means of capillary electrophoresis. Reaction of cytochrome P450 isoform 2C9 with diclofenac was used as model system.
