Abstract:

This diploma thesis is dedicated to deep study of project financing as a long-term investment in industrial sector. It contains main questions that should be analysed in implementation: Who are the stakeholders? What are the advantages and disadvantages of project financing? What risks are associated with project financing? The theoretical part is mainly focused on the knowledge discovery of project financing and its main concepts with the help of answers on questions. The practical part is engaged with implementation of Construction project of aluminium plant in Irkutsk region in Russia project financing based on SWOT analysis, project’s scenario and suggestions to hedge the risks of Alum AZ plant project.
