Práce se zaměřuje na pozici náhrady škody ve Vídeňské úmluvě a vy-hodnocuje, nakolik je úprava škody kompletní a jaká je její pozice v Úmluvě. Speciální pozornost je věnována autonomní úpravě náhrady škody, kterou v práci představují doložky limitující odpovědnost za škodu a doložky paušalizující náhradu škody. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the position of damages in the Vienna Conven-tion and evaluates to what extent the regulation of damages is com-plete and what is its position in the Convention. Special attention is paid to the autonomous regulation of damages, which is represented in the thesis by clauses limiting liability for damages and liquidated dam-ages clauses.
