Diplomová práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský plán nové provozovny oční optiky v Praze. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část sleduje současné teoretické poznatky o vytváření podnikatelského plánu. The thesis concentrates on the business plan for the new optical shop in Prague. The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part describes the current theoretical knowledge about creating a business plan.
