The Principle of Proceedings Concentration in Civil Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zásadou koncentrace řízení a jejím postavením v civilním soudním řízení. Jsou rozebírána teoretická východiska zásady koncentrace řízení, včetně jejího vztahu k právu na spravedlivý proces. Tento vztah je následně řešen za pomoci metody proporcionality. This thesis deals with principal of proceedings concenration and its position in civil proceedings. There is an analysis of the theoretical basis of this principal concerned, as well as the relation between this principal and the right to a fair trial.
