Preparation of chalcogenidge glasses doped by rare earth elements - materials for active applications in near- and mid-IR region
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřená na studium chalkogenidov ých skel s ystému 80GeS 2 - 20Ga2S3 dopovan ých prvk y vzácn ých zemin (Er, Dy, Nd), bizmutem a přechodnými kov y (Cu, Cr, Mn, Pb a Ag). Úvodní teoretická část seznamuje s vlastnostmi těchto skel a přináší rešerše odborné literatur y na toto téma.
Abstract:
This master?s thesis is focused on the study of the chalcogenide glasses with glassy system 80GeS2 - 20Ga2S3 doped with rare earths elements (Er, Dy, Nd), bismuth and transition metals (Cu, Cr, Mn, Pb and Ag). The introductory theoretical part describes the properties of these glasses and it provides a research of the scientific literatures on this topic.
