Abstract:

V první části je možno získat teoretický přehled o problematice týkající se zajištění dýchacích cest pomocí endotracheální kanyly, péče o tuto kanylu a takto zajištěné dýchací cesty, péče o samotného pacienta a extubaci. Druhou část práce tvoří část empirická, která analyzuje statistické zpracování dat.Data byla získaná dotazníkovým šetřením u respondentů, kteří se ve své praxi setkávají s pacienty majícími dýchací cesty zajištěny pomocí endotracheální kanyly. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit, jak respondenti pečují o pacienty se zavedenou endotracheální kanylou a kolik mají informací o této problematice.

The first part focus on theoretical knowledge of the problems refering to ensuring the respiratory system by means of endotracheal cannula, care about this cannula and about respiratory system ensured in this way, care about the patient and about the extubation, is possible to gain. Second part of thesis is made by empirical issue, which analyses statistical data processing, which were gain by inquiry research of respondents, who meet patients having respiratory system ensured by endotracheal cannula, in their profession. The goal of this empirical part is to find out how respondents take care about the patient with endotracheal cannula and how much information they have about this subject.
