Práca je zameraná na analýzu stávajúceho systému riadenia zásob vo výrobnom podniku BLISTEEL a.s. Hlavným cieľom práce je na základe prevedených analýz optimalizovať skladové zásoby a proces riadenia zásob v podniku.
